A white dove opens its wings against an ivory and deep navy background. A golden halo and fine rays draw the eye towards the centre, while crystal accents bring light to the lower part of the composition. Light of Peace creates a calm focal point for a home prayer corner, living room or bedroom.

The story behind the dove

In Christian tradition, the dove represents the Holy Spirit, following the Gospel account of the Spirit descending like a dove at Jesus’ baptism. This established symbolism is described in the Catechism of the Catholic Church, paragraph 701.

An artistic interpretation of light and hope

Here, the open wings suggest welcome, and the golden rays connect the light upper part to the deep blue below. This is our artistic interpretation of hope and inner peace, rather than a depiction of a particular historical object.

Hand-finished wall art

The design is printed onto a solid 8 mm MDF board, decorated by hand with crystals and shimmering accents, and finished with transparent epoxy resin. The glossy surface highlights the image and catches changing daylight. A fitted metal hanger and two lower spacers complete the frameless construction.

Every Boski Blask artwork is made on one solid 8 mm MDF board. A fitted metal hanger and lower supports form a stable construction without the need for an additional frame.

One rigid 8 mm MDF board provides a strong base for the print, hand decoration and epoxy-resin finish.

Fitted metal hanger

The secure metal hanger is already installed on the back, so the artwork arrives ready to place on the wall.

Lower supports - 8 mm

Two 8 mm supports stabilise the artwork and help maintain an even distance from the wall.
