What to know about production, timing, delivery, returns, and complaints.How long do production and delivery take?
The estimated time from order acceptance to delivery is 5–20 days. It depends on artwork size, the current queue, and the destination country.
Are the artworks kept in stock?
No. Every piece is made only after an order is placed, so you receive a freshly prepared and hand-finished artwork.
Why can it take up to 20 days?
Decoration is done by hand, resin cures for at least 2 days, and multiple orders are completed in the order received. We do not shorten curing at the expense of quality.
What is the artwork made from?
The artwork is made on a stable MDF board. Decorative elements are placed by hand and the surface is finished with transparent epoxy resin.
How much is delivery?
InPost delivery in Poland costs PLN 20, and international delivery to other supported countries costs PLN 84.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel, label, and artwork immediately, then contact us with your order number. We will help resolve the complaint.
Can I return an artwork?
A standard, non-personalised artwork can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full instructions are on the Returns and complaints page.
Can I return a personalised artwork?
The no-reason withdrawal right does not cover artwork made to individual specifications. Rights concerning damage or non-conformity remain unchanged.
