Order production and delivery

Boski Blask delivers artwork in protective packaging within Poland and to selected European countries.

Delivery costs

  • Poland — InPost: PLN 20
  • Europe — InPost or a partner carrier: PLN 84

The final availability of a delivery method for a given address is confirmed in the cart and during checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges for delivery outside the European Union, if applicable, are borne by the recipient unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Production and delivery time: 5–20 days

Every Boski Blask artwork is made only after the order is placed — we do not keep finished pieces in stock. The estimated time from order acceptance to delivery is 5–20 days.

This estimate includes preparing the selected format, arranging decorative elements by hand, applying epoxy resin, allowing it to cure safely for at least two days, quality control, packing, and transport. When several orders are received at the same time, they are completed in the order received, so during busy periods the timing may approach the upper limit.

If you need the artwork for a specific date, contact us before purchase. We will confirm whether the current production queue allows us to meet it. After dispatch, we send tracking information when the carrier provides it.

Tracking and receipt

If the carrier provides a tracking number, we send it to the email address or telephone number entered with the order. The customer must provide a complete and correct delivery address and collect the parcel within the time indicated by the carrier.

Shipping damage

After delivery, check the condition of the packaging and artwork. If damaged, take photos of the packaging, protective materials, shipping label, and product as soon as possible, then send them with the order number to khymspzoo@gmail.com. The consumer’s statutory rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract remain unchanged.
